Raymond Mill Structure

Roller shell is installed under Raymond mill grinding roller. It is used to protect the grinding roller. The roller shell on the grinding roller can rotate feely. When the materials enter into between grinding roller and roller shell, the grinding roller will grind the materials.
Grinding ring is installed inside the Raymond mill wall and it is a part has horizontal position with grinding roller. Grinding ring will wrap the grinding roller. When materials enter into the space between roller shell and grinding ring, the materials will be grinded into suitable size materials. Grinding ring is common in grinding machine and it will be used to grind materials and protect the machine.
Raymond Mill Blade:
The Raymond mill blade is installed on the millstone inside the Raymond mill host. Its shape is hook face and has several parts. When one part is worn seriously, the other part can be changed and be used again. It will reduce the operation costs. The main reason cause blade worn is: materials falling from grinding roller and roller shell are not grinded enough and enter into the blade area. They will be thrown by blade to be grinded again. Raymond Mill Grinding Process
Raymond mill grinding system material working flow: materials will be crushed by jaw crusher machine and then they will be taken to bin. Materials will be taken to Raymond mill through electric magnetic feeder machine. Block materials will be grinded by Raymond mill and then enter into the classifier. Through classifier, they will leave in the cyclone collector and some other materials will be entering into the bag-type dust collector. The wind powder will be lost in this collector.
Depending on the above mentioned material working flow analysis, materials stocked in bin is for the crusher crushing output is higher than grinding mill grinding output. To prevent more feeding material make the work stock, it needs to use the bin to discharge the materials. Through bin, materials can realize the stepless adjustment to feeding material. Raymond mill production system has two dust removal systems: cyclone collector and bag-type dust collector. Cyclone collector will collect the dust through centrifugal force function; the materials will fall into the machine under the function of gravity.
